Memories Are Made of This......

Natalie had a busy week last week (well, I guess we all did!). She had her dress rehearsal on Wednesday and a performance Thursday and Friday. She did great all three days. The girls improved every day and by Friday had the recital down pat! We are so proud of her!

French Meadows

We went scouting for campsites at French Meadows Reservoir, about an hour and a half from Auburn. We found lots of good sites and can't wait to go back in July. The girls (and dogs) had a blast of course. It was a little on the chilly side, but that didn't stop them from getting their feet wet. They can't wait to go camping....Kaitlyn cried when she realized we were going home and as I was getting Natalie out of her car seat she told me she is so excited to go camping, she can't wait!

I have wanted to post some of our favorite recipes for some time now, but haven't found an application that is just a click away...well, I found it! You can just click on it, print it up if you want and even rate it! Dinner last night inspired me to find a way to get it on the blog with out having to type the whole thing out. Kevin picked it out of my weight watchers cook book...I was a little hesitant since it contained a Granny Smith apple and raisins...but it was YUMMY! And super easy. Enjoy this savory Mexican dish!!
