Christmas!!

9 weeks

Our little guy is 9 weeks already! Where has the time gone? He is just too cute and we love him to pieces. He is a very happy baby, usually smiling or talking at someone/something. He started out being our "big" baby and continues that trend as he weighed in at 13 lbs. 4 oz, 24 inches long at his 8 week appointment. He is holding up his head very well and has decent trunk control so I put him in the Exersaucer yesterday and he loved it (as you can see by his smile!) Some times a change of scenery is all it takes to get him happy again!

Another big change (the girls are just growing up too fast!!), on Sunday Natalie lost her 4th tooth! This morning she told me, "Mom, teeth fall out in all sorts of places. At school, in the shower, onto pillows and when you eat Cheetos!" All the places her teeth fell out!

Santa was so patient this year (he always is) and took time out to really talk to the girls and ask them what they want for Christmas. Natalie asked for a radio and Kaitlyn wanted a Barbie Merliah and a fake Christmas tree (ummm...ok....)

December Pictures

Getting into the full swing of the holiday season. Today we visited Santa and took holiday pictures. Tomorrow Natalie is making gingerbread cookies at school and Santa is going to be paying a visit to Kaitlyn's preschool. Natalie will enjoy 2 weeks off of school starting on Monday. (she will be joining Kaitlyn at preschool for a few days to preserve my sanity!!)

He isn't a fan of the pacifier.....but is taking a liking to his thumb! Oh no!!

8 weeks

Kaitlyn gave him her "Findey" dog. She thought it was great that he was hugging it while sleeping. Awww!

We went to Red Feather Farms in Applegate again this year. They always have such nice trees and are very friendly. The girls were looking forward to Santa and getting their faces painted, but Santa over slept and the face painter wasn't there this year :( They still had fun and we ended up with a really nice tree!!

7 weeks!

Can't believe 7 weeks already! Oliver is such a happy baby. Always cracking a smile (even in the middle of the night) and trying harder and harder to get his voice heard (hard to do sometimes in this loud house!!) He gets stronger every day; holding his head up and even trying to roll over! The girls still adore him and just can't give him enough love.

More November happenings....

Natalie lost her 3rd tooth on Tuesday. Her other one is loose as well....she could very well be asking for her two front teeth for Christmas!!

Oliver says....

Oliver has found his voice in the last week or so. He LOVES to talk to Natalie, the little baby in the mirror on his changing table and of course, his mommy :) I love his expression when he hears himself squeal!!
