Well, August pretty much came and went in the blink of an eye (is it really almost the middle of September, already?!?). We wrapped up our camping season with a trip to Bodega Bay. We missed going last year as I was hugely pregnant and not in the camping mood. This year however, was wonderful. The kids loved hiking, going to Patrick's and of course playing at the beach! Natalie started school in the middle of August! She is now a big 1st grader and LOVING it! She loves her teacher, is making all kinds of new friends and the monkey bars are still her favorite recess activity! Kaitlyn started her first season of soccer and is really liking it! She is one of the smallest by far but a super tough cookie and gets right into it! And little (well, big) Oliver is so much fun! I missed my 10 month update and now just days away from his 11th month, I find myself a bit sad he is so close to turning one! A first birthday plan is in the works!! He is so close to walking, taking a few steps on his own yesterday!! He talks non-stop (not surprising since his sisters are NEVER quiet) and is developing quite the temper. If something gets taken away from him or he gets told "no", watch out!!! Overall, he is still a super happy baby. Getting into everything, just like a baby his age should! he has even started harassing his sisters!! They are in for it!!
